WAIVERS ARE DUE - ACTION REQUIRED: Camp Waivers, Emergency Contacts & Lift Access Hello Racers, Parents, and Coaches, If you completed the camp waivers, Thank You! If you completed the waivers and did NOT receive a confirmation QR code from Big Snow, please resubmit the Big Snow form below. If you haven’t completed the waivers - All waivers are now due. Please complete them by the end of the day.
Big Snow Instructions: 1. Click the link https://bigsnow.snowcloud.group/access/F3B8C and use PIN# 271. The Group ID is F3B8C. 2. Create an account by inputting your email and password. Make sure you remember your password. If you have been to Big SNOW you may already have a SnowCloud account, you will need to use the login you created prior. 3. Once you create a log-in, you will be prompted to click Select Tickets button for 10/22/22. NOTE: The 10/22/22 ticket will cover both days on Oct 22nd and 23rd. 4. Select 2-Hour Slope Access Ticket and add tickets to your cart by clicking the plus icon. Since you have already paid, the tickets are at $0. You will not be charged. Click Continue. 5. Type in the first and last name of the participant. Parents are required to acknowledge the Waiver, Release and Warning via the online portal. To complete the transaction, a parent will need to review and check the required boxes and click Agree and Continue. 6. To finish the transaction, make sure to click in the box with the words Complete Transaction. When complete you will see the QR CODE. If it did not generate a QR code, you did not complete the purchase. Click on the words Complete Transaction. Big Snow will email you a group sales receipt with your confirmation code and QR code.
