DJSR Fall Camp Coaches Meeting Oct 17 at 7pm Hello DJSR Race Coaches, I am super stoked to get the DJSR Coaching Team back together for another Don't Just Ski. RACE. Slalom Training camp at Big Snow. Thanks to all of you, our 3-Day Summer Camp was a huge success. The survey responses we received were all 5 stars and all of them praised our program! We asked the racers and their parents what they liked best about our ski camp and the most common response was "Our Coaches". Everyone loved the feedback and thought our coaches were exceptional. The racers loved the challenging and varied course sets and everyone enjoyed the dual slalom challenge and timed race. Our Fall Weekend Camp sold out quickly and we are filled to capacity! We have a great group of racers attending from more than 25 race teams coming from all over the East Coast as far as Canada. Our morning session will run from 5:30 am to 9 am on both Sat Oct 28th and Sun Oct 29th. Approximately 25 racers will be staying with us on Saturday for the coached free ski 2-hour public post-session from 10 a.m. to noon. Please let me know if you are interested in coaching at this session as well and I will get you a lift ticket. This will give us additional time to work closely with some of our racers and focus on fundamentals and drills. Virtual Coaches Meeting Tue Oct 17th at 7pmJoin me Tuesday, October 17th at 7 p.m. for a Pre-Camp Virtual Coaches meeting to discuss training courses and our game plan. Waivers & TicketsPlease take this time to complete the following two waivers: Don't Just Ski. RACE. - WAIVER & EMERGENCY CONTACTS
1. Click the link https://bigsnow.snowcloud.group/access/D325F and use PIN# DJS The Group ID is D325F. 2. If you have been to Big SNOW previously you may already have a SnowCloud account to log in. Otherwise, you will need to create an account by inputting your email and password. Make sure you remember your password. 3. Once you log in, select the 10/28/23 Ticket Option. NOTE: There is no charge for the tickets and the 10/28/23 ticket will cover both days of the fall camp. 4. Select the FREE 2-Hour Slope Access Ticket Valid for 2023-10-28 07:00AM admission and add tickets to your cart by clicking the plus icon. Since you have already paid, the tickets are $0. You will not be charged. Click Continue. 5. Type in the first and last name of the participant. Parents are required to acknowledge the Waiver, Release, and Warning via the online portal. To complete the transaction, a parent will need to review and check the required boxes and click Agree and Continue. 6. To finish the transaction, make sure to click the box with the words Complete Transaction - THIS IS A BUTTON! When complete you will see the QR CODE. If it did not generate a QR code, you did not complete the purchase. Click on the words Complete Transaction. Big Snow will email you a group sales receipt with your confirmation code and QR code. All waivers must be completed by Sunday, Oct 22nd. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. I look forward to seeing you all at the meeting.
