Calling all Alpine Ski Racers aged 8 to 12! Why wait for winter to sharpen your skills? Beat the summer heat and take advantage of this incredible opportunity to have fun while improving your technique. Join us for an exciting two-day slalom training session at Big Snow in East Rutherford, where you'll receive expert coaching from some of the best race coaches in the region.

Our "TRAINING FOR PODIUM" camp is specifically designed for U10 and U12 racers eager to develop their slalom skills. This two-day ski camp provides young athletes from around the region the opportunity to engage in slalom-focused drills and tactics on terrain perfectly suited for skill development, all without the need for air travel.

At the DJSR camp, participants will concentrate on alpine racing skills, technique, and fundamentals. Utilizing brushes, stubbies, and slalom gates, we will set up a variety of slalom courses for racers to practice their turns and receive valuable feedback. This is a prime opportunity to gain a competitive edge this summer, forge new friendships, and enjoy the thrill of dual slalom competition.

Under the mentorship of DJSR's experienced alpine race coaches, athletes will improve their skills through both coached free skiing and tailored training courses. This two-day race camp prioritizes slalom training, equipping you with the skills needed for a successful season ahead.

To maintain the camp's integrity and ensure a positive experience for all participants, we do not allow partial attendance. If you can not attend both days, the fee will remain unchanged.

DJSR RACE COACHES: Coaches vary at each camp and are subject to change. All racers are placed into groups and assigned two to three coaches other than their regular ski coaches. Learn more about our race coaches.

    NOTE: It is suggested that you mark all your ski gear with your name to prevent any equipment from getting lost, misplaced, or accidentally mistaken by another racer with similar gear.

      CANCELLATION POLICY:

      For cancellations made 60 days prior to the camp start date, you will receive a full refund less a $125 processing fee. Cancellations between 60 days and 14 days prior to the camp start date, for any reason (ex. injury/illness/change in plans), you will receive a full refund minus your $200 deposit ONLY if we are able to fill your child’s spot. Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the camp start date will not be refunded. Submit all cancellation requests to Race@DontJustSki.com
